Alec manages all stages of the deal process for Base 3, from acquisition through development and long term stabilization of the property. He specializes in creating value out of mismanaged buildings and land sites. With Base 3, he has participated in the acquisition and successful repositioning in excess of 500+ multifamily units and counting. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a double major in real estate and finance.

Alec spends his time outside of work enjoying friends & family, playing sports, and listening to music. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys visiting countries where he can use his Spanish.

He is also an active member of Chicago's Sit Stay Read book club for children, and a donor to ADL and FIDF charities.
