Alec manages all stages of the deal process for Base 3, from acquisition through development to long-term stabilization. He specializes in unlocking value from mismanaged buildings and land sites. With Base 3, he has been involved in the acquisition and successful repositioning of more than 700 multifamily units-and counting.

In addition to his real estate work, Alec is the co-founder of Staffolio, a staffing company that helps U.S. businesses scale efficiently by providing offshore virtual assistants at a fraction of traditional hiring costs.

Alec is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and holds a double major in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys traveling to Spanish-speaking countries.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Alec is an active member of Chicago’s Sit Stay Read book club for children and contributes to organizations including the Jewish United Fund (JUF) and Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF).
