B. Base 3 Management. Base 3 realizes the importance of vertical integration from site acquisition, to enticements, to development and construction. We build uunique spaces for special residents that need a good stewards for years to come. We have a deep bench of maintenance technicians and a vast back office operation to ensure maximum occupancy, increased revenue, managed expenses and optimized Cash Flow. Base 3 will consider 3rd party management on a case by case basis for portfolios in Chicago with an aggregate unit count of 100 or greater
